Introduction

Hi, everyone.

Firstly I want to explain why I am doing this and who persuade me to do so.

Well, I have to introduce my self as a Ph.D student in ITU university [C] (department of Civil engineering [C] - Hydraulics and Water Resources). I took Fuzzy Logic [C] and Urban Drainage systems [C] for this semester and have the honor of taking this course by Prof.Dr. Zekai Ṣen [B] . one of the most famous and impressive persons of using Fuzzy Logics in many branches of since specially in Water resource management in Turkey [C]. 

I am planning to make my Ph.D thesis in Water Resource management and Crisis assistant, so I thought it will be very helpful for me to go for some web issues about this topic to share data and personal experience of mine with  anyone else and exchanging data with other engineers, students and etc.
